About coaching
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will rule your life and you will call it fate.”
Many people arrive at a point in life where they feel unsettled, restless, or quietly dissatisfied—even when, on the outside, everything looks “fine.”
A familiar role has ended. A long-held identity no longer fits. Something inside is asking for attention—and it’s getting harder to ignore.
These moments can be confusing or uncomfortable. But they can also be opportunities to understand yourself differently—and to consider what your life may be asking of you now.
The Jungian Approach
In my own life, and in my work with clients, I’ve learned that lasting change rarely comes from quick fixes or motivational slogans. And as much as we’d like it to, it rarely comes from simply making external changes. Instead, it comes from learning to listen more carefully to our emotions, questions, and desires.
My work is grounded in Jungian psychology, which recognizes that much of what shapes our lives operates beneath conscious awareness. Through thoughtful conversation, reflection, and attention to the symbolic—including active imagination, creative exercises, imagery, dreamwork, and other reflective practices—we’ll bring these patterns into awareness, so you’ll have more choice in how you live.
Offerings
My coaching sessions offer a confidential, supportive space where we can slow down, get honest, and look at what’s really going on beneath the surface. All sessions are one-to-one and conducted on Zoom at a mutually convenient time.
The Clarity Session — Single 75-minute Session ($150)
Discover the pattern. See its impact.
When you feel stuck and want to understand what's really going on, but aren't sure if you need an ongoing coaching relationship, this session offers an opportunity to explore a question or dilemma you're struggling with around a personal or professional change you’re facing or would like to make. In this session, we’ll explore:
What's happening in your life
What's happening beneath the surface
What patterns or archetypes may be active
What your dilemma might be asking you to see
What you might do differently
The Archetypal Journey — Four 60-minute Sessions ($500)
Meet the pattern. Understand it. Change your relationship to it.
Sometimes the thing getting in your way isn't simply a problem to solve. Instead, a pattern that has served an important purpose may have outgrown its role in your life. This requires acknowledging where it has and hasn’t been helpful, and developing a new relationship to it. Over four sessions, we'll explore:
1. The Dilemma
What's happening externally, psychologically, and symbolically?
2. The Archetypal Pattern
What archetypal energy is active in your life? What gifts does it bring? Where does it work against you?
3. Personal Patterns and Relationships
What personal experiences or relationships may have shaped your relationship with this pattern? How can you begin to differentiate yourself from old patterns and ways of relating?
4. New Possibilities
What new possibility is asking for expression now? How might you give it expression in your life?
The Transformational Journey — Ten 60-minute sessions ($1,000)
Explore who you're becoming.
When you're moving through a significant life transition, solving the immediate problem may not be enough. Some transitions ask deeper questions: Who am I now? What no longer fits? What wants to change? What might my life be asking of me?
Over ten sessions, we'll explore the deeper patterns, relationships, and possibilities that emerge as you move through your transition, focusing on the areas that are most relevant to your particular transition. Some may take a single session; others may unfold over several sessions. This journey may include:
1. The Dilemma
Understanding what's happening in your life—externally, psychologically, and symbolically—and what the situation might be asking you to see.
2. Archetypal Patterns
Exploring the archetypal energies that are active in your life, including their gifts, their shadow sides, and the ways they may be influencing your choices and behavior.
3. Personal Patterns and Relationships
Exploring how important early relationships and experiences may have shaped the patterns you carry today, including work with the Child, Mother, and Father.
4. The Hero's Journey
Considering where you are in the larger journey of change: what you're leaving behind, what you're moving toward, what stands in your way, and what resources are available to you.
5. Shadow Work
Exploring aspects of yourself that may be outside your awareness or difficult to acknowledge, and discovering what they may have to contribute.
6. Anima/Animus Exploration
Exploring qualities of yourself that may be underdeveloped, excluded, or projected onto others, and considering what qualities you may want to develop or express more fully.
7. Emerging Identity and Direction
Exploring who you're becoming, what you want to stand for, and how the changes you're making can find expression in your work and your life.
8. Integration
Looking back at the journey, recognizing what has changed, what you've learned, and how you want to carry that understanding forward.
